Parexel in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacology Solutions Consultant in a hybrid capacity to drive strategic impact by developing operational and technical solutions for clinical research and client objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into innovative solutions, contribute to business development from opportunity identification through bid strategy, and help position Parexel as a leader in clinical development services.

• Provide strategic guidance to sponsors and internal teams across therapeutic areas.
• Define bid strategy, review RFPs, and participate in pursuit meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pipelines, and market trends; identify opportunities.
• Support pre-award process and promote solution adoption; present strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate client feedback into value propositions.
