Job summary

Medasource is seeking a contract associate to develop, negotiate, review, and process clinical study contracts and budgets. You will interact with site partners, ensure alignment with agreements, and mitigate contract-related risks.

The role emphasizes minimal supervision in negotiations, adherence to regulatory standards, and collaboration across internal teams to meet study milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years related experience.
• Preferred 3–5 years related work experience in Clinical contract/budget or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with grant and contract requirements, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate contracts, contract amendments and complex budgets with site partners within timelines.
• Proactively collaborate with external/internal partners to address contract/budget issues to meet milestones.
• Review informed consents to ensure alignment with contract and provide guidance to study teams.
• Anticipate potential contract/budget compliance issues and implement timely risk mitigation.
