A leading company is hiring a Clinical Administrative Supervisor in New York, responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring high-quality clinical services. Ideal candidates have a clinical license and substantial experience working with youth, alongside strong leadership skills.
Job Description
The CFTSS Administrative Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the ongoing clinical and administrative management of the CFTSS program. This position supervises a multidisciplinary team consisting of clinicians, advocates, and interns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with evidence-based practices. The CFTSS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and implementing group therapy curricula, facilitating group therapy sessions, and providing clinical support when necessary, particularly in the absence of clinicians.

Although this position does not involve on-call duties, the supervisor must respond to crisis calls promptly, ensuring clinical concerns are addressed quickly and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
The CFTSS Supervisor is also responsible for delivering weekly and monthly reports to the program director, monitoring and maintaining program performance, and ensuring that all service delivery is consistent with the organization’s standards of excellence.
Clinical license including LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT. Experience in a school or working with adolescents is strongly preferred.
At least 5 years of experience with youth providing clinical services.
Prior experience with community outreach and advocacy work. Experience providing training and psychoeducation is preferred.
Documented knowledge of (and experience with) child and adolescent loss and bereavement; group treatment; CBT; crisis response work; and trauma-informed care. Experience working with school systems is preferred.
Excellent communication, teamwork, independent functioning, and organizational skills required; project initiation and management skills are essential.
