Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree plus 2+ years of related experience, or 5 years in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Client service experience within an Investment Firm/RIA.
• Strong Excel and Teams skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client help requests for software and assist with navigation.
• Collaborate to link client financial accounts in eMoney.
• Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and compliance documents to clients.
• Track payments and manage tax documents; update CRM.
• Coordinate client meetings and travel logistics as needed.
