Job summary

Allegheny Financial Group is seeking a motivated Client Support Specialist to assist advisory clients and ensure an exceptional experience. You will be the main contact for client-facing software platforms, help with onboarding, and coordinate with the team to resolve inquiries with accuracy and care.

Hybrid schedule requires in-office time in Pittsburgh for onboarding and meetings. You'll work with a skilled Operations team, manage multiple priorities, protect client data confidentiality, and

Qualifications

Customer service experience in financial services is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information and data.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries about software platforms (eMoney, Wealthscape, Fidelity portal) and assist with navigation.
Link client financial accounts in eMoney in collaboration with the Paraplanner.
Assist with onboarding: prepare proposals, contracts, and compliance documents; track responses.
Schedule meetings and data sessions in Outlook; coordinate with advisors and clients.
