The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, comfort with financial software, and meticulous attention to detail. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office onboarding and periodic team meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and at least two years of related experience, or five years in a similar role.
• At least two years of customer service-related work experience.
• Previous work experience in the financial services is preferable.
• Client Service experience within an Investment Firm/RIA Firm.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel and Teams.
• Ability to ensure the confidentiality of client data and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client help requests for software platforms via phone or email.
• Collaborates with Paraplanner to link client financial accounts in platforms.
• Responds to requests for statements, tax forms, and other documents; routes to appropriate team members.
• Gathers client tax documents and uploads to secure portals.
• Onboards new clients in Engage, eMoney, and Black Diamond; prepares proposals and contracts.
• Schedules meetings and data sessions; coordinates via Zoom or in person.
