Successful candidates will have a 4-year degree and 1–3 years in recruiting, business development, or sales, plus strong internet research skills and familiarity with PitchBook/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree is required.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, business development, or sales is preferred.
• Experience with PitchBook and CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior-level private equity investors and portfolio company executives to understand business challenges.
• Collaborate with clients, solution providers, and teams to manage multiple projects.
• Communicate clearly over phone and email and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
