Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our operations team. The CSA is integral to advisor and branch support, servicing clients, preparing financial plans, processing transactions, and supporting practice management tasks.

The role includes licensing and career development support, with an emphasis on in-office collaboration and growth opportunities to help you advance within the firm.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Strong math, analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to communicate with all levels and work with a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist advisor by servicing clients, preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and handling trades per advisor's guidance.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings with agendas and summaries; manage data in contact manager.
• Coordinate new business paperwork, obtain signatures, and track insurance applications.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative duties and client communications.
