Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisors and the branch operations. You will help service clients, prepare financial plans, and manage transactions, while contributing to team efficiency and client experience.

The role emphasizes in-office collaboration with four days per week in the office and one day working from home; licensing and career development support are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in client service.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication across all levels; team oriented.
• Strong computer and software skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans and completing trades and transactions as described by the advisor.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings, schedule and confirm meetings, enter data into contact manager, and provide follow-up.
• Prepare for and ensure new business paperwork is submitted, obtain signatures, and track insurance applications and rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events, create marketing compliance documentation and manage reimbursements.
• Provide general administrative duties and reception support as needed.
