Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Client Relations Analyst to research and respond to operational client complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal guidelines.

You will collaborate with field teams, operations, and management to investigate, elevate, and resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. The role includes client-facing phone support in a hybrid setting with in-office attendance three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with field staff, operations teams, and management to investigate, elevate, and resolve client-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines.
• Manage workload effectively with initiative, accountability, and self-motivation.
• Provide coverage for client-facing telephone lines and handle incoming calls at least one day per week.
• Deliver professional client-focused phone support addressing customer inquiries.
• Support operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on complaint resolution activities.
• Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members across all levels of the organization.
