• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new client accounts end-to-end.
• Collect, review, and organize onboarding documents.
• Track onboarding progress with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Credit, Compliance, AML/KYC, and Legal.
• Prepare onboarding packages and information requests.
• Maintain onboarding records and trackers.
• Assist with onboarding readiness and post-onboarding requests.
• Identify and resolve onboarding issues to stay on schedule.
• Provide additional support as needed.
