Job summary

Transcend Creative Group in Dearborn, MI seeks a Project Development Manager to act as the main link between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and client expectations are exceeded.

The role combines creative abilities, project management, and client communications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a hybrid onsite requirement (3 days per week in Dearborn).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, event management, or client services.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Willingness to travel for events as needed.
• Experience in an agency, experiential marketing, or automotive environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts and activation strategies.
• Create clear, compelling PPT presentations that communicate ideas and strategies.
• Collaborate across teams on client initiatives.
• Assess client and stakeholder needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver proactive recommendations.
• Take an active role in meetings to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Serve as the primary client contact as needed, providing updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Track and manage project documentation, reports, and databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to communicate changes.
• Draft, edit, and refine client communications and briefs.
• Support growth and retention of client relationships.
• Travel to event sites to assist in execution and support.
