Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Operations Client Account Services Manager in Westlake, TX. You will supervise a 10–12 person licensed team handling new accounts, updates, and options requests, while partnering across locations to meet client needs and ensure service levels.

You will coach team members, resolve complex client issues, and drive efficiency initiatives. A strong compliance mindset, FINRA licenses, and a college degree are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA licenses are required at recruiting stage.
• Minimum 5 years in client service or management roles preferred.
• Knowledge of options and financial services beneficial.
• Strong communication, integrity, and accountability expected.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a 10–12 person team with coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily service levels, workflows, escalations, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate across OSAS and leadership to drive process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects and transform operations for efficiency.
