Progressive in Idaho is hiring a Claims Adjuster Trainee to learn how to help customers get back on the road after an accident. The role is phone-based and hybrid, with in-office two days per week and remote options for the other days during a 12-month training program.

During onboarding you’ll receive coaching from leaders, learn property damage and insurance contracts, and gradually manage a full claims load with support from a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional credentials.
• Two years of relevant work experience with an associate degree.

Aufgaben

• Determine coverage.
• Determine liability (who’s at fault).
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims.
