Job summary

Esler Companies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Claims & Risk Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role. You will manage workers' compensation, auto, general liability, and other claims, coordinate with insurers, and analyze data to identify trends and improve processes.

You will implement systems for reporting, ensure compliance with state regulations, and act as the primary contact for employees and claimants, while supporting HR initiatives and return-to-work planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety/Health, HR, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in claims administration and data analysis.
• CRM, ARM, or AIDA certification or willingness to pursue.
• Proficient in incident/claims management software, data analysis tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer workers' compensation, auto, general liability, and other claims from initiation to resolution.
• Interface with insurance partners, legal, and senior leaders as a leading resource for claim status and practices.
• Implement, improve, and manage systems for reporting, data consolidation, and broad adoption.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees and claimants regarding various claims.
• Ensure claims are handled in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Analyze claims data and prepare reports to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas with KPI proposals.
• Support digital OSHA recordkeeping and database analysis and related training records.
• Lead vendors (medical, rehabilitation, auto shops) to coordinate services and establish new relationships.
• Monitor costs related to workers' compensation, auto, general liability, and other claims.
• Collaborate with HR to support benefits, modified work, and return-to-work planning.
