Job summary

Esler Companies LLC, Renewal by Andersen in Colorado, seeks a claims administrator to manage workers' compensation, auto and general liability claims from initiation to resolution.

You will partner with HR and vendors, analyze data, report trends, and help implement systems for cost control and KPI tracking while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. The role requires communication across all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety/Health, HR, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with claims administration and data analysis.
• CRM/claims software proficiency and strong Excel/analytics skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer workers' compensation, auto, general liability, and other claims from initiation to resolution.
• Interface with insurance partners, legal, and senior leaders as a leading resource for claim status.
• Implement, improve, and manage systems for reporting and data consolidation.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees and claimants regarding claims and compliance.
• Monitor costs and analyze data to identify trends and KPI opportunities.
• Coordinate with HR on benefits programs and return-to-work planning.
