Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, automotive warranty, or casualty claims preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to review and validate claims and gather required information.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with company systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and adjudicate warranty claims.
• Collect and verify claim details, including part numbers and pricing.
• Determine validity and coverage of claims through research.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in systems.
• Place outbound calls to gather information and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain knowledge of automotive warranty products and industry developments.
• Provide exceptional service to contract holders and dealer partners.
