Guidehouse is seeking a Claims (Billing) Specialist / Insurance Patient Account Representative to support billing and accounting tasks for client agencies. The role involves preparing billing data, submitting invoices, applying payments, and collecting on unpaid claims on a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work options.

• 1-3+ years' experience in office, business, operations, customer service or healthcare field.

Aufgaben

• Prepare billing data for payers and billing submissions.
• Submit invoices to appropriate parties and apply payments.
• Collect on unpaid claims and perform reconciliations.
• Enter information into databases for record keeping and audits.
• Collaborate with staff to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records and follow procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
