Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with strong legal analysis and writing skills.
• Experience applying Montana workers’ compensation law or similar statutes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active litigation caseload across multiple forums (Montana Department of Labor & Industry, Workers’ Compensation Court, Montana Supreme Court).
• Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with claims examiners and internal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and training to internal clients on Montana’s workers’ compensation system.
