You will work closely with claims examiners and internal stakeholders to interpret Montana law, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, draft briefs, and present oral arguments while providing training on Montana’s workers’

Qualifications

• Required: Juris Doctorate and Montana license to practice law.
• Strong interest in learning Montana’s workers’ compensation laws.

Responsibilities

• Active litigation caseload representing MSF before multiple forums.
• Develop and implement thoughtful litigation strategies with claims examiners.
• Interpret statutes and court decisions; provide strategic legal training to internal clients.
