Progressive is recruiting a claims adjuster trainee in Frisco, TX. This hybrid role combines in-office days with remote work, for a 12-month training period. You will learn to determine coverage and liability, interview customers and witnesses, and coordinate vehicle repairs with appraisers.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage for claims.
• Determine liability and fault for damages.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims.
