Qualifications

• Three years of work experience OR Bachelor's degree OR two years work experience and an associate degree.
• Candidate must reside in or near Gilbert, AZ or Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (fault)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
