Progressive Insurance in North Carolina is seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee to learn how to help customers after an accident. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, with two in-office days and three work-from-home or office days for 12 months.

During training you will determine coverage and liability, interview customers and witnesses, and coordinate with appraisers to manage repairs. Compensation starts at $54,000–$57,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree OR
• Two years work experience and an associate degree
