Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of policy language and insurance principles is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the Company’s mission and core values.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with agents and insureds.
• Manage assigned loss claims and conduct underwriting inspections.
• Prepare detailed reports and submit to the appropriate department.
• Ensure actions comply with insurance contracts and pay fair claim amounts.
• Communicate with agents about progress and policy updates.
