Qualifications

• Proficiency with PC and standard business software (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of policy language, insurance principles, and coverage details is essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage the settlement of assigned claims with independent judgment.
• Serve as liaison between Home Office and agency force; conduct on-site inspections and prepare reports.
• Communicate with agents to provide updates on claim progress and policy details.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Attend the office regularly as required and travel to other district offices as needed.
