Job summary

CORE Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced civil engineer to own land development design and technical delivery across Colorado.

You will lead design efforts from concept through construction, coordinate with the project team, and liaise with clients, agencies, and consultants while supporting budgets and invoicing. Expect to contribute to site development projects, mentor staff, and attend meetings on-site or at client locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• EIT certification is required, actively on the path toward PE.
• Strong communication and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Design ownership: prepare designs, reports, and analyses from concept through construction.
• Develop project scope, fees, documentation, and review drawings.
• Provide technical direction to engineers, designers, and CAD technicians.
• Serve as liaison with clients, agencies, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Assist with project invoices, budgets, and AR review.
• Set project priorities and coordinate across disciplines and departments.
• Plan and coordinate the project team and review agencies.
• Attend client and agency meetings and visit project sites as needed.
