You will manage your own caseload from inception to resolution, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, prepare for depositions and trials, and collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and experts to advance vigorous

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and MA State Bar admission are required.
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience and experience in MA state and federal courts.
• Self-starter with strong advocacy; proficient in drafting and arguing dispositive motions and performing legal research.
• Experience taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials to gain courtroom experience.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to devise litigation strategies.
• Provide clear client updates and interim case status reports.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare memoranda to bolster case strategy.
