We offer a competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000 (commensurate with experience) in addition to benefits including:

As a litigation associate attorney at Morrison Mahoney LLP, you'll take on a substantive and engaging role that balances autonomy with collaboration. You'll manage a diverse caseload from start to finish - drafting status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery, meeting critical deadlines, and driving matters forward.
Your litigation skills will continue to deepen through regular opportunities to prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. You'll play a key role in developing litigation strategies, working closely with clients, experts, and colleagues across the firm. Maintaining proactive and professional communication with clients - including providing status updates and strategic guidance - will be an essential part of your practice.
You'll also contribute to case strategy through focused legal research and well-crafted memoranda, and you'll work side by side with partners on complex, high-value matters.
