Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 4–8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong site/civil design and private land development experience.
• Experience with commercial and/or residential developments; Maine PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site/civil engineering and land development projects from concept through design, permitting, and construction support.
• Prepare and review site layouts, grading plans, utility designs, and erosion/sediment control plans.
• Design and coordinate stormwater management systems.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and serve as primary client/municipality contact.
