• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Prepare correspondence with clients, attorneys, and others.
• Collaborate with attorneys to strategize case approaches.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
• Attend depositions, court hearings, and site inspections.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
