The firm is seeking attorney candidates with experience in Construction Litigation to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate can expect to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment representing design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, owners, and developers in complex construction disputes. A Missouri law license is required.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong communication, organizational, research, analytical and writing skills. The associate attorney should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Our associates have the opportunity to gain experience from a team of attorneys with many years of trial experience who provide an engaging environment for training and professional development.The associate can expect to be involved in all aspects of file workup including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and preparing pleadings, among other responsibilities as they arise.
