Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise cybersecurity strategy development.
• Strong background in governance, risk, compliance, audit, and data governance.
• Experience leading security teams and enterprise programs.
• Ability to translate technical risk into business context for executives.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the company’s cybersecurity strategy, priorities, policies, standards, and operating plans.
• Advise executive leadership and the board on cybersecurity risk and investment priorities.
• Lead incident response, governance, and regulatory alignment; manage risk reporting.
• Oversee security operations including threat intelligence, IAM, endpoint, and cloud security.
• Partner with product/engineering to embed secure-by-design practices and strengthen data governance.
• Build and lead a high‑performing security/IT team; define metrics and budgets.
• Communicate cybersecurity risks and recommendations to executives and boards.
