Job summary

RunBuggy OMI Inc. in Tempe, AZ seeks a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity strategy, risk governance, and data protection across the organization.

You will partner with product and engineering to embed secure-by-design practices, manage incident response, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee IT ops, data governance, and third‑party risk. A hands-on, business-minded leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong track record leading enterprise security programs and teams.
• Experience with regulatory standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Proven ability to translate risk into business decisions and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk governance, and policy development.
• Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and third‑party security risk management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to secure platforms.
• Manage IT operations, cloud and data governance, and executive communications.
