Elevation Individual and Family Therapy PLLC is hiring a Hybrid Child & Family Therapist for a full-time role in Illinois. You will set your hours, provide individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy, and complete notes within 24–48 hours.

You must hold a Master’s degree and licensure in IL or IN (LMFT, LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW) or be licensure eligible. The position blends in-office and telehealth and offers professional growth.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure to practice in Illinois or Indiana (LMFT, LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW) or licensure eligible.
• Apply for licensure within 60 days of eligibility per state guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in mixed in-office and telehealth settings.
