Job summary

Elevation Individual and Family Therapy PLLC is seeking a passionate licensed or license-eligible therapist to join our hybrid team in Illinois/Indiana. This full-time role emphasizes client-centered care in a low-stress environment, allowing you to set your own hours while we handle administrative tasks.

The position involves individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy, with emphasis on treatment planning, progress notes, and coordination with other professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or related field.
• License to practice in Illinois or Indiana (LMFT, LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW) or licensure eligible.
• Licensure must be pursued within 60 days of eligibility.
• In-office and telehealth service delivery expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24–48 hours of service.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with clients.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and supervisors.
• Participate in supervision toward licensure.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant record-keeping.
