Job summary

Clarity Partners in Chicago, IL is seeking an IAM SailPoint Engineer to design and support enterprise identity governance. You will build complex SailPoint configurations, automate provisioning, and integrate with AD, Entra ID, HRIS, and cloud platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years delivering IGA solutions or similar.
• Hands-on with SailPoint ISC and/or IIQ.
• Proficient in BeanShell/Java scripting.
• Experience with SCIM, REST, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
• RBAC/ABAC, SoD, enterprise identity architecture knowledge.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, HRIS, cloud identity.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, Zero Trust principles.
• Healthcare integration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SailPoint ISC solutions and workflows.
• Build provisioning and deprovisioning orchestration.
• Develop connectors and advanced SailPoint configs.
• Onboard applications, schema discovery and entitlement modeling.
• Support identity integrations via SCIM, REST, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
• Manage identity data flows across platforms.
• Create automation scripts for lifecycle ops.
• Provide API-based automation to improve data exchange.
• Maintain code repositories and secure SDLC practices.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, HRIS, and app teams.
• Assist with after-hours maintenance as needed.
