You will collaborate with production and engineering, analyze performance data, and drive improvements across process systems, with emphasis on PHAs, compliance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer with chemical manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with process control systems and industrial instrumentation.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations within the chemical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement modifications to optimize output and reduce costs.
• Conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs) and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
