University Health Partners of Hawai'i seeks a Charter School RN to provide professional nursing care and health guidance to students while supervising Charter School Health Technicians under the HK Program. The role involves collaboration with school staff and administrators, and participation in nursing-practice committees.

The position requires Hawaii RN licensure, Associate Degree in Nursing, and BLS certification, with a preference for pediatric/primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing and active RN license in Hawaii.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
• 2 years of pediatric nursing experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/FERPA and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and health guidance to students, promoting health and academic achievement.
• Lead professional development and supervision for Charter School Health Technicians (HK Program).
• Participate in committees supporting nursing practice in the school setting.
• Attend scheduled meetings and be available by phone or email; collaborate with school staff and administrators.
• Be physically present at assigned schools weekly; maintain one administrative day per week for supervision and duties.
