Job summary

Duke Energy invites motivated students to join the Enterprise Solutions & Services Change Management Summer Internship in Charlotte, NC. You will contribute to organizational change management and readiness for technology and security efforts impacting the enterprise, gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, with a GPA of 2.75 or higher and a willingness to learn emerging technologies including

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree as a rising senior or graduate student in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business or related field
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Must not graduate prior to August 2027
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Change Management: Support and execute plans to prepare, equip and support others through change including sponsorship, coaching, communications, training and resistance management plans
• Communication & Training Execution: Support development and execution of easy-to-understand and creative communication and/or training to effectively prepare our internal clients for change
