Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to enable aggressive growth and expansion.
• Define long-term financial strategy, capital structure, and growth roadmap.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust internal controls across entities.
• Lead M&A due diligence, valuation, integration, and post‑merger execution.
