Job summary

Pure IT is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to guide the financial direction of our rapidly growing MSP focused on credit unions. You will partner with the executive team to drive profitability and strategic growth, manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and lead a team to deliver data-driven insights.

The role requires 10+ years of finance leadership, deep GAAP knowledge, and strong communication skills to influence at the board level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, accounts payable/receivable.
• Provide executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, long-range planning, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and compliance programs to safeguard assets.
