Job summary

CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. in Ethridge, TN seeks a CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate to deliver materials and support warehouse operations. This hybrid role combines 40% driving with 60% warehouse work, requiring a valid CDL and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of building supply products preferred.
• Accurate map-reading and navigation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• DOT compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving and delivering materials to multiple job sites.
• Assisting with warehouse operations, including pulling/loading stock.
• Unloading deliveries at customer locations.
• Supporting inventory control and accuracy.
• Operating a forklift (experience a plus).
• Providing excellent service to customers and team members.
