Job summary

CBT Collective in the New York metropolitan area is seeking exceptional therapists with CBT expertise to join our growing practice. This hybrid role combines in-person offices across Manhattan, Scarsdale, Parsippany, Stamford, and Greenwich, with virtual services, focusing on evidence-based treatment for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Masters-level education or higher in counseling/therapy (Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW)
• Expertise in CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT) with experience in child, couples and/or family therapy preferred
• Licensed in NY, NJ, or CT required and licensure must be pursued in other states by start date

Responsibilities

• Provide the best care possible to diverse patient populations in line with clinical best practices and ethical standards
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT; tailor interventions to individual client needs
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in comprehensive case consultations and formulation
• Engage in continuing education on latest technologies, methodologies, and practices in the field
• Timely completion of progress notes and client onboarding/off-boarding processes
• Attending weekly individual consultation, group consultation, and didactics
• Additional opportunities for Psychological Evaluations to supplement therapy work (for Psychologists)
