We are looking to hire exceptional, self-motivated therapists with strong training and expertise in CBT, DBT and/or other evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., ACT) to join our collegial practice.
To be considered for this role, you must be a licensed mental health professional with an active license in NY, NJ, or CT. Once employed, clinicians are required to obtain and maintain active licenses in all three states.
In this hybrid role, clinicians schedule and bill 25–30+ client sessions per week. At least 10 of those sessions must fall during our high-demand times (weekdays after 5:15pm and/or weekends), and at least 15 must be in-person at one of our offices, spread across a minimum of 2 days per week. If high-demand sessions are billed entirely on weeknights, clinicians must work at least 3 evenings per week, with at least 2 of those evenings in-person at one of our offices. We have offices in Manhattan (NYC), Scarsdale (NY), Parsippany (NJ), Stamford (CT), and Greenwich (CT).

Compensation: $125 - 285k, variable based on training, experience, and caseload.
