You will lead category sourcing, supplier strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver performance and resilience across the procurement network, with up to 30% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of strong procurement experience.
• Good level of understanding of Direct Precision Materials and industry landscape: Metals, ceramics, precision plastics, packaging materials and chemicals.
• Broad-based understanding of business operations and core procurement areas.
• Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), influencing, collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information.
• Experience to work across regions and markets.
• Strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop the category sourcing strategy through needs assessment, market intelligence, supplier evaluations and sourcing choices.
• Engage business partners globally to identify needs and incorporate into sub-category strategies.
• Build global supply network through supplier identification and deep subject matter expertise.
