Qualifications

• 5 years casualty claim handling experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coverage analysis.
• Experience in detailed analysis of facts relevant to coverage, liability and damages.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and defense strategies in assigned states and claims.
• Evaluate claims and set reserves in excess of $100,000.
• Participate in coverage analysis for assigned claims.
• Provide technical direction and support to field claims associates.
• Prepare reports and written correspondence for stakeholders.
• Participate in mediations, seminars and field unit meetings; travel as required.
