Capital Insurance Group in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Casualty Claim Representative II – Casualty to investigate and resolve commercial and personal casualty claims. You will analyze coverage, bodily injuries, and work with outside counsel to settle claims.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of casualty claim experience, with travel within the territory and an emphasis on accurate policy language interpretation. Hybrid work options available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of casualty claim handling experience.
• Advanced technical training or designation in insurance is preferred.
• Understanding of Commercial and Personal Lines Auto and General Liability policies and coverages.
• Mathematically proficient with the ability to read charts and graphs.
• Ability to interpret contracts relating to insured parties and property management.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve casualty claims for commercial and personal lines.
• Analyze coverage and bodily injuries and negotiate settlements with insureds and outside counsel.
• Ensure proper handling of expenses and adherence to policy language and jurisdiction requirements.
