Guidehouse is seeking a Cash Posting Supervisor in California to oversee payment processing, posting of patient and client payments, and balance reconciliation. You will supervise cash application specialists, manage cash/adjustment systems, and prepare payment summaries for Accounting and Business Office Management.

The role combines in-office work in San Marcos with a flexible work-from-home schedule (hybrid).

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 5 years' or an Associates Degree and a minimum 7 years' of prior relevant experience.
• Healthcare provider, payer, insurance, professional services or outsourcing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises cash application functions for patient and client accounts.
• Posts payments and adjustments to ledgers and reconciles postings.
• Ensures correct contractual adjustments are posted to accounts.
• Receives and batches over-the-counter payments for posting.
• Balances daily deposits and control logs; posts electronic remits.
• Maintains separation of duties and adheres to audit procedures.
