TEKsystems is seeking a Cash Management Associate for a hybrid role based in Saint Petersburg, FL, with options also in Southfield, MI or Memphis, TN. The role focuses on servicing accounts, enforcing procedures, and ensuring accurate money movement handling within a call center environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing and updating accounts, protecting client interests, and supporting year-end volumes. The position offers a hybrid work model with competitive hourly compensation.

Competenze

• 1-2 years in banking, wealth management, brokerage operations or financial services.
• Experience handling accounts, transactions, disbursements, wires, ACH.
• Noted experience with attention to detail.
• Noted experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Relevant word processing, database, spreadsheet, and e-mail computer applications to create and/or edit documents, reports, and correspondence.

Mansioni

• Serve as the agent between Branches and the Home Office in call center environment.
• Reviews, updates, maintains, and services accounts and enforces procedures.
• Monitors activity in accounts while safeguarding firm, FAs, and clients.
• Support year-end volumes including Money Movement requests and related items.
