Responsibilities

Process receipt transactions and respond to non-standard requests and inquiries.
Support disbursement activities and monitor queues for retirement and non-retirement products.
Handle special claims related to divorce, death, and tax operations.
Review reports to reconcile ledgers and verify end-of-day balances for wires and checks.
Review rejection reports and update ACH transactions accordingly.
Participate in daily huddles and meetings to stay current with process updates and controls.
